📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TRDEFI LTD. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

📍 Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

🌍 International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for availability.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TRDEFI LTD. ships all international orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we handle and pay for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

🔍 Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Packages

TRDEFI LTD. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
