trdefi.com web sitesini ("Site") ve TRDEFI tarafından sunulan hizmetleri ("Hizmetler") kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı ("Şartlar") kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, Siteyi kullanmamalısınız.

2. Service Description

TRDEFI, kullanıcılara dijital varlık (kripto para) cüzdanı oluşturma, USDC stablecoin ile transfer yapma ve çoklu blok zinciri ağlarına erişim sağlama hizmetleri sunmaktadır. Hizmetler yalnızca 18 yaşından büyük kişilere yöneliktir.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you accept the following obligations:

Secure your account security
Report unauthorized use of your account immediately
You act in accordance with the law
You will not use the services for illegal activities
Violate other users' rights

4. Crypto Asset Risk Warnings

Important risks regarding crypto assets:

High Volatility: Crypto asset prices may undergo sudden and significant changes.
Partial or Full Loss You may lose your entire investment.
Irreversible Transactions: Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed.
Regulatory Risks: Regulations regarding crypto assets may vary from country to country.
Teknolojik Riskler: Smart contract errors, network congestion, or security vulnerabilities may occur.
Likidite Riski: selling some assets may be difficult.

5. Fees

Hizmetler için geçerli ücretler sitede açıkça belirtilmiştir. TRDEFI, ücretleri önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdiğinde, Siteyi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni ücretleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

TRDEFI does not guarantee that our services are uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the following situations:

Crypto asset price changes
Errors by third-party service providers
Internet connection interruptions
Force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
User errors
Blockchain network issues

7. Intellectual Property

Sitedeki tüm içerik, tasarım, logo, yazılım ve diğer materyaller TRDEFI veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi veya dağıtılması yasaktır.

8. Hesap Fesih

TRDEFI may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

will result in a breach of these Terms
Detection of illegal activity
Harm other users
Legal requirement

9. Dispute Resolution

Bu Şartlardan doğan uyuşmazlıklar İngiliz hukukuna tabidir ve İngiliz mahkemeleri münhasır yargı yetkisine sahiptir. Uyuşmazlıkları çözmek için önce dostane bir yola başvurmayı kabul edersiniz.

10. Changes

TRDEFI, bu Şartları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Önemli değişiklikler size e-posta ile bildirilir.
